It is a privilege and honour to be Principal of Warnbro Primary School.

Our school motto of STRIVE for Success encompasses our commitment to the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of each child in a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment.

Warnbro Primary School students are inspired, confident and successful learners. They are inquisitive, creative, knowledgeable and skillful. They have a positive view of the future and they connect with others to actively contribute to a fair, sustainable and peaceful society.

We prioritise Literacy and Numeracy learning by providing a strong start in the early years and building on this knowledge over primary school to ensure we build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Warnbro Primary School is an Independent Public School located close to the beach 7km south of Rockingham. Our students and staff enjoy double classrooms allowing space for explicit teaching, hands on learning opportunities and long-term projects.

We prepare students for the 21st century by incorporating technologies across the school. This allows students to create, innovate, collaborate, think critically and problem solve. Students engage in Dance, Music, Physical Education, Indonesian Language Learning and Digital Technologies with Specialist Teachers. As a Your Move School we focus on active transport and healthy habits focusing on the whole child.

We Inspire Minds, Create Wisdom, Connect People and Build Community by developing strong partnerships. Our dedicated staff have well established relationships with students and parents. Many of our families have had 3 generations attend Warnbro Primary School contributing to a strong sense of connection and belonging. The school grounds have extensive grassed areas and mature Tuart Trees that set the scene for a connected and inclusive school culture.

Our School Board supports effective school governance and our P & C provides opportunities for parent engagement in a range of initiatives.

I welcome you to our Warnbro Family.

Warm Regards
Tarryn Murray – Principal
